About The Vistas at Banner Elk Condominium Association

The Vistas at Banner Elk Community Owners Association is dedicated to preserving the beauty and value of our mountain homes. We work to maintain shared spaces, organize community events, and ensure our neighborhood remains a welcoming and pristine place to live. Our mission is to foster a strong, connected community that celebrates the breathtaking views and unique charm of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  This Association is organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 47F of the North Carolina General Statutes (Planned Community Act) and the North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act.
